"It gives us great pleasure to write this letter to you and as you read on we hope it will become obvious why. Firstly in order to put you in the picture, we are not builders, we are keen and proud homeowners who enjoy doing DIY in our spare time. However as all people who do DIY we sometimes find ourselves having problems. This is where your staff in Llanelli have been like human reference books, giving us advice like, best materials for the job and tips on how to ensure the job runs smoothly.
There is no way we could have completed our three projects without words of advice and encouragement from your staff.
Before we finish this letter, there is one more thank you needed to be given out. As they say, last but not least - a big thank you to the delivery driver. How he managed to off load most of one of my big orders into my garage I don't know.
